I am betting most of you have gone to a store for an item that was on sale. You spent time preparing your shopping list, clipped your coupons and drive all the way to the store. You were looking forward to getting something for free or next to free. You get to where the item is and bam!!!...the shelf is cleared! You are thinking "darnit!". Yep, that's happened to me too. You think...gees I should have gotten here earlier. Then you beat yourself up over it or get mad thinking another couponer hoarded them all!! LOL
No problem my friends...that's what RAIN CHECKS are for!!!! Next time there is a sale, as long as it is published in their paper advertisement...go to customer service and get a rain check for what you couldn't get this time. By next week or hopefully before you can go back with your coupon(s) (hopefully they won't be expired by then) and get your deal!!!!
Now, if you stockpile you probably have learned NOT to let your supply get low enough so this doesn't happen to you when you REALLY needed that item.
Getting rain checks can save you a lot of money! I know a lot of people will just walk out of the store thinking they "missed out" on that deal because there was no inventory. Well don't do it again!!!...next time...get a RAIN CHECK!!! :-) Problem solved. :-)
