Target just revised their coupon policy. Here are the 5 NEW points they have added. It's actually not a bad change overall :-)
1) We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit the use of any coupon
2) Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on the coupon)
3) Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied
4) We regularly monitor the Coupon Information Corporation (CIC) website for counterfeit coupons. We do not accept counterfiet coupons
5) We do not accept Canadian coupons in our US stores
Other than these 5 modifications everything else is the same. I suggest you print out the revised policy and keep it with you when you shop at Target.
